Hello! I’m Bec, and the good news is..
If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Easy, right? This is exactly why my approach to teaching yoga always begins with the simplicity of the inhale and exhale of breath, and remains as a focus point throughout each practice.
 
Throughout your yoga practice I will gently guide you and bring your focus back to the breath as you move into and through each posture, creating a safe practice that encourages steadiness and ease at all times.
 
I believe this approach supports individual acceptance, transformation and growth in the moment, through your yoga practice both on and off the mat.
 
I’m excited and look forward to sharing yoga with you, whatever stage of the yoga journey you are at- see you on the mat..
